In the aftermath of the presidential election loss, comedian AY lavishes admiration on Peter Obi.
AY, a comedian, has written a poignant homage to Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State and the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the recently concluded election, for his unshakable commitment to constructing a better Nigeria.
AY complimented Obi for his boldness, hard work, and ambition in a recent social media post, despite the fact that Obi lost to Tinubu in the 2023 presidential race, and expressed pride in Peter Obi’s intentions for the country’s future.
I became proud of you and everything you represent the moment you accepted my open invitation to speak with Nigerians about the 2023 elections, he wrote.
AY then encouraged Obi to remain loyal to his genuine objectives for the country, assuring him of his continuous support no matter what the future holds.
He wrote: You still make a lot of people proud of your boldness, hard work, ambition, and ideas for a better Nigeria right now. Continue to be forthright in your goals for our country, Nigeria.
Whatever you do in your life. Just know that I will always be there for you.
The tweet has received a lot of attention on social media, with many Nigerians repeating AY’s thoughts and praising Obi’s leadership and vision.
AY Makun, a comedian, wonders where your PVC takes you.
It will be remembered that AY Makun urged Nigerian youths to become more politically savvy by asking where their PVCs would take them.
The comedian had previously tweeted:
“Understanding that we have 70,473,990 under the age of 49 years out of the 93,469,008 total registered voters for the 2023 presidential election, with a rate of almost 75%, it is apparent that the youth cannot be overlooked this time. “Where does your PVC lead you?”
The comedian has never hidden his wish for Peter Obi to win the presidential election in 2023. But, in the just finished election, the best man triumphed.
