In the viral video, a police officer is seen beating a Nigerian in a traditional white dress with a long cane, much like a teacher would beat a student, and that’s just the beginning.
The police officer demonstrates his authority by slamming the man twice in the face.
Another police officer was also seen assaulting a woman who was accompanying the man in a car, a situation that many have referred to as uncalled for by the officers.
