Ashmusy, a popular Instagram influencer, has gotten many people talking after revealing how she turned down a N20 million offer from a politician who wanted her to campaign for him using her celebrity.
Ashmusy, who has been linked to an affair with politician Dino Melaye through her colleague, comedian Ada Jesus, claimed she turned down the enticing amount of money since the candidate is someone she, and other Nigerians, do not want.
Ashmusy, a skitmaker, announced this via the insta-stories portion of her verified Instagram page ahead of the presidential and National Assembly elections on Saturday, February 25th, 2023.
According to Ashmusy, she recognized that selling her soul for money in a society where the rich are even suffering, let alone the poor, is not the right thing for her to do.
Ashmusy posted on Twitter, “Confession-I got offers ranging from $10 million to $20 million for a (one) political position… (for the other candidate whom we do not like to have)
I won’t lie, it was enticing. But recognizing I’m going to sell my soul to the devil… that my children, grandchildren, relatives, and loved ones will be suffering in the country!! Since I made the ST id mistake of posting/voting for the wrong person… I flatly refused!
